ABOUT THE CARPIX NETWORK DATABASE
Our History
- Started by four commercial car photographers way back in 1994, Carpix offered an online resource for automotive photography. By 2020 it featured over 10,000 images in its online searchable database. Unfortunately it became un-economical to maintain during the Covid crisis and so they began to wind down the online website. In March 2022 Andrew Yeadon decided to maintain the library as a research tool and offer the high-resolution images on request only. He intends to maintain and update the library until the end of 2023, when he will offer the domain (carpix.net), database and images for sale. Depending on demand, he may produce a smaller online library (of the latest models only) here during summer 2023.
